Returns & Exchanges

At SNK ATK Design Lab, we strive for perfection in every technical garment we create, but if your gear isn't the right fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all technical tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items back in their original protective packaging, ensuring all modular attachments and hangtags are included.

• 3.
  Shipment

  Send your package via a trackable courier service to the address provided in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our lab team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
